Apply to the Montessori Program
St. Pius X School Welcomes you! Thank you for your interest in our school.
It’s easy to apply, just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Visit us and take a tour of our school! We have several visiting days throughout the year, or call the Advancement Director at 410-427-7453 to schedule a visit.
Step 2: Complete the online application and return to the school with the $50 application fee and attach copies of the following documents:
Birth certificate (all applicants)
Baptismal Certificate (all applicants)
Most recent report card (Grades K – 8 only)
Most recent standardized test scores (grades 4-8 only)
Step 3: Once your application, fee and documents are received, the Advancement Director will contact you to set up your child’s assessment date and shadow day. For students in 5th-8th grade, an interview will take place with an Administrator on their shadow day visit.
Step 4 : Following your child’s shadow day, the Teacher Recommendation forms need to be completed and sent to the school. After these documents are received and reviewed, the Advancement Director will notify you of your acceptance.
Step 5 : Upon acceptance, your registration form, the non-refundable registration fee, and immunization records will need to be mailed to the school. You must also register with FACTS, the online tuition payment system used by St. Pius for tuition payments, to be fully enrolled in the school.
No one will be allowed to start school until all of these steps are completed.
Step 6: New Family Orientation, date to be scheduled in August 2017.
